1. SD-100
SD-100 is a solvent-based graphite conductive coating. It is mainly used for coating the inner wall of the metal casing of alkaline zinc-manganese battery to form a uniform and strong adhesion lubricating film. It can strengthen the metal casing and the carbon ring inside the battery. Full contact not only serves the interval between the two, but also ensures the electrical conduction between the two. Product performance can completely replace imported conductive coatings, suitable for all alkaline battery production.

Performance
SD-100 type conductive coating is made of natural flake graphite as the conductive material, with the volatile organic solvent as the carrier, adding the corresponding auxiliary agent, using the resin with good corrosion resistance as the binder, and processing by special process. Processed colloidal graphite emulsion. 1. It has good film forming properties, uniform film formation and good adhesion.

How to use and precautions
After the conductive coating is opened, it can be diluted with methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) or methyl ethyl ketone. It can also be adjusted according to the user's process conditions. After mixing evenly, it can be used by filtering with 150 mesh sieve; the coating site should pay attention to ventilation. Open flame is strictly forbidden, and the coated steel shell can be baked at 85±5°C for 3 minutes.

SD-200 SD-200 is a water-based graphite conductive coating, does not contain any heavy metal substances, does not use environmentally harmful substances, is an environmentally friendly conductive coating, has excellent electrical conductivity and strong adhesion during the drying process. No other substances are volatilized except water. It is used for coating the inner wall of the metal casing of alkaline battery. It is also an excellent negative electrode conductive material for lithium batteries. It has good coating properties and can be applied by various coating methods such as spraying, brushing and coating machine coating.
