Conductive graphite emulsion SD-726 for laminated capacitors
1. SD-726 is a conductive graphite emulsion with high-purity and ultra-fine natural flake graphite as a conductive medium. It is also called conductive carbon paste. It is designed according to the process characteristics of laminated capacitors using our unique processing technology. SD-726 uses water as a dispersion medium, does not use environmentally harmful substances, does not contain heavy metal substances, and is an environmentally-friendly conductive coating.
2. SD-726 has the following properties after forming a dry coating:
(1). Good electrical conductivity.
(2). The surface of the coating film is smooth.
(3). Good adhesion.
(4). Good moisture resistance.
3. Use of SD-726
SD-726 should be evenly dispersed before use, and the dispersion method can be rolled or stirred.
SD-726 can be applied by flow coating, dip coating, etc., and dried directly to form a coating film after coating.
Since SD-726 is an aqueous coating, it is necessary to keep the coated surface clean before application, especially if it is not oily, and oily areas may not be applied.
SD-726 can be diluted with deionized water.
